What we collect: name, email, mobile, PAN (for KYC), payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Why: to run your account, verify KYC as the regulations require, deliver research and keep the records SEBI requires us to keep.
Sharing: with our payment processor and KYC agency, and with regulators when the law requires. We do not sell your data.
Retention: records the regulations require are kept for the period they require (at least five years); the rest is deleted when you close your account.
Your rights: ask for a copy, a correction or deletion (subject to the retention rules) from the grievance desk.
